In a personalised 30-minute session, you'll have ample time to discuss your symptoms and concerns in-depth with a gynae health expert. Our consultations empower you to take charge of your gynae health and make informed decisions. Our experienced team can guide you through a variety of gynae health conditions, ranging from painful menstruation to fertility, menopause and beyond.

Make a list of questions and concerns you want to discuss with your nurse, such as menstrual issues, sexual health, or birth control options. If you feel nervous, remember that our team are there to help you stay healthy, so don't hesitate to openly share any issues on your mind.

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email containing a booking link. Click on that link to access our scheduling system, where you can browse through our available nurses and select the one you prefer for your consultation. Once you've made your choice, you'll be able to find and reserve a convenient time slot that aligns with your schedule. Once you've booked a slot, you'll receive another email with a link for your virtual consultation session.

While our nurses can provide valuable insights and guidance, they can't formally diagnose conditions through Daye's platform. Our service is designed to help detect potential issues, but it's not a substitute for an in-person medical diagnosis.

However, we do offer a convenient pharmacy service. We partner with licensed prescribing pharmacists who can review your medical history and screening results. If appropriate, they can provide prescriptions for certain conditions like bacterial vaginosis or thrush, which can then be delivered discreetly to your door. This service offers a convenient way to access treatment for common gynaecological issues. For more complex concerns or if you're unsure, we still recommend following up with a healthcare provider for a comprehensive evaluation. Remember, your health and wellbeing are our top priority, and we're here to empower you with knowledge, resources, and convenient care options when possible.

Life happens — if you miss or need to cancel one consultation, you can easily reschedule it free of charge. If you miss two consultations, we’ll ask you to book and pay for a new one so we can keep our clinicians’ time fair and accessible to everyone.
