• Liners: These little heroes can handle 5g of fluid. Perfect for those "just in case" days.

• Regular pads: With a 100g capacity, they're ready to take on your average flow like a champ. Fun fact: that's equivalent to about 8 regular plastic pads!

• Super pads: These overachievers can absorb up to 120g. That's enough to handle your entire period in one go (though we don't recommend wearing just one pad for your whole cycle, obviously).

• Super+ pads: Our most absorbent pads can absorb up to 160g, ready for your heaviest days.

To put things in perspective, most periods produce between 10-80ml of fluid over 8 days. So our pads are more than up for the task, even if things get a little... unpredictable.

The best part? Our pads are quick on the uptake (pun intended), rapidly absorbing fluid to prevent leaks. They've got your back even if they shift a bit during your day.

Our pads have a hemp and GOTS-certified organic cotton topsheet. About three-quarters of each pad by weight is plant-based fibres or industrially compostable materials. Each pad is wrapped in paper with paper release liners, so there’s no plastic wrapper to throw away.
